I hop on Delish.com now and then when I’m out of dinner ideas, it can be helpful. The quick tips are nice, nice for basic meals or when I just need something simple. That said, some recipes feel like they leave out little steps that I really need, really need, especially if I’m trying something new. It’s not a bad site at all, just not always as clear as I’d like. I still use it sometimes, but I don’t totally depend on it.

I followed the recipe closely, and it definitely did not take 30 minutes for me. Maybe I’m not the fastest in the kitchen, but I’m not exactly new to cooking either, and this ended up taking almost an hour. It was kind of annoying, because I planned around the time it listed.

I do like Delish sometimes, and some of the recipes are really fun and easy to follow. But then I get kind of frustrated because the dietary options feel limited. If I search for gluten-free or dairy-free recipes, I still end up reading through every ingredient like I’m doing homework. Some recipes are great, but a lot of them don’t really give simple swaps either, which is annoying. If you can eat pretty much anything, it’s probably fine, maybe even really useful. But if you have restrictions, it’s not always as helpful as I hoped.

I’ve made a few dinners from delish before and they usually turn out good, so I was a little disappointed with this one. The flavors were still decent, but some of the steps felt rushed and made the whole thing a bit frustrating. Overall, the recipes are usually solid, but this one didn’t quite live up to what I expected.

Well... I’ve found some recipes on there that are good, but a few of the articles feel a bit rushed or like they weren’t checked very carefully. It makes it harder to know which information I can really trust.

I do like a lot of Delish recipes, but the site search can be frustrating. I’ll type in something simple like “chicken pasta” and somehow get results that don’t really feel related, plus a bunch of older articles mixed in with actual recipes. The filters don’t help much either, so it kind of feels like they haven’t made finding recipes a priority. Pages can be a little slow to load too. Most of the time, I just end up going back to Google to find the Delish recipe I was looking for in the first place.

I went to Delish mostly looking for recipe ideas, and the recipes themselves might be totally fine!!! But wow... the product recommendations started getting on my nerves really fast.
A lot of the stuff they suggest feels kind of random, or just way too expensive?? Like, it seems like they’re adding links just because they can make money from them. I even bought one kitchen tool they kept hyping up, and it was basically cheap junk... super disappointing.
So yeah, I’ll maybe still browse for food ideas, but I don’t really trust their shopping advice anymore. It doesn’t feel helpful... it feels pushed on you!!!

Uh, I really like how the pictures make the recipes so much easier to follow. It feels way less confusing when you can actually see what each step should look like

I tried watching a recipe video, but it kept lagging and going blurry right when I needed to see the steps. It was frustrating, honestly. Makes me wonder about the quality if I can’t even follow a simple recipe without the video cutting in and out

I usually end up on Delish when I’m stuck figuring out dinner, but lately it kind of makes me feel even more trapped. I’ll scroll around hoping something will jump out, and it’s just a lot of the same cheesy casseroles, pasta dishes, or air fryer recipes again and again.

That’s totally fine if that’s what you’re into, but I was really hoping for more variety, like different cuisines or some healthier ideas. After a while it all starts to blur together, so I don’t use it nearly as much anymore.

I tried a few dinners from Delish recently, and overall I was happy with them. The flavors were really good, and it was nice having recipes that didn’t feel complicated to follow after a long day. One of the pasta dishes came out a little too salty for my taste, but that’s an easy fix next time. The steps were clear enough, and everything came together without much stress. I’d give it 4 stars

I really like the recipes overall, but the nutrition info can be a little confusing at times and sometimes feels like it’s missing details. It’s not bad, I just wish it was clearer when I’m trying to track my meals. I also expected answers or updates on this kind of thing a bit faster.

delish has some really good recipes, which is great because apparently my phone needs a full meditation session before the pages finish loading. I’ll be excited to make dinner, then spend half the time just waiting for the site to cooperate. The food ideas are solid, but wow, the loading speed gets annoying fast

I do like browsing Delish for recipe ideas (there’s always something that looks good), but a couple of the recipes I tried had ingredient amounts that didn’t seem quite right. One sauce turned out way too salty, and another recipe needed a lot more flour than what was listed. It’s kind of frustrating when you’ve already bought everything and are halfway into cooking (not exactly the time you want to improvise). Overall, it’s not terrible, but I wouldn’t say it feels super reliable for me

I’ve found a lot of recipes on Delish Shop that I actually want to try, but using the site can be really frustrating. Almost every time I open a page, there’s a pop-up asking me to sign up, watch a video, accept something, or click through some other prompt. It starts to feel slow and cluttered, i usually end up leaving before I even get to the actual recipe.

I mainly signed up to get the recipes behind the paywall, i’ve ended up using it more than I expected. I haven’t tried a ton of them yet, so I can’t say for sure how everything holds up, but the ones I’ve used have been easy and not too fancy or complicated. For the price, it feels fair, especially on days when I have no idea what to cook.
